Lab Life

When I started my studies, my main desire was record good musicians and spread their music all around the world, and maybe work at a big music festival, but the time has passed, and despite I still like those ideas, I don’t like them very much. The time has passed and things have changed, not that much, but the experience of recording a band or make live sound, made me think about, if I really liked those things, because the stress, the pressure and the setbacks, are very normal on this kind of events. 

So last year I discover something I liked a lot, but I never realized about it. I love science, and not just see the stars or watch a scientific documentary, I love make science. Last year, I got an introduction of how to work in a laboratory, how are the procedures, how the measurements machines work, and how every investigation gets their own purpose and how we can mix it up with other disciplines. So, if somebody asked me what I would like to do, when I finished my degree, I would say, I want to work in a lab making my own investigation, giving it the time I need, and travelling around the world to present my results, sharing my work to the world and getting to know the other scientists work.

Blessed Pets

Now days, I live only with my mom, and we have three pets. This story begins when it was a warm summer night, when my brother heard a noise outside the house, somebody threw us a dog, a little puppy. So, my bother pick it up, and ask my mom if we can take care of him. At the answer was no, but finally this little dog stays, now it is ten years old, and is called “Pipe”.  Since I have memory, in my family always has been at least a cat, and that cat now “Diana”, is a tender and sweet cat, in fact now she is by my side sleeping. And finally, last year a friend find a puppy that she couldn’t take care, so I adopted and now is closer to his first birthday, my good boy “Jotaro”, although, sometimes he is a bad boy, because he bites my hand, I couldn’t take that bad habit from him. But these three little animals live in peace and harmony, except when Jotaro bites Pipe’s tail. That’s when harmony is broken and I must stop the fights, but they always will be good boys, and Diana always will be the sweetest cat of this house.
